While the overall posts are up a little, it could just be members because I don't see posts that show that they've been created by guests. It is a surprisingly small moderation staff given the large number of moderators often deployed at other similar size operations. We have managed to assemble an excellent moderation team with like-minded goals and expectations for the community, which goes a long way towards streamlining the moderating process. In addition to any great moderation staff, a core component of forum moderation is cultivating a core dedicated audience with a strong sense of community respect, which is an aspect TechIMO has enjoyed for a great number of years.
